Section 1

General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between ftk99 and its users. ftk99 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides Bangladeshi players with a range of casino games, slots, live dealer games, and sports betting services.

In this document, "Platform" refers to the ftk99.lat website, all its sub-pages, and all services provided through it. "User", "you", or "player" refers to any person who accesses, registers on, or uses any service of the Platform.

1.1 Applicability of Terms

Account Registration

A valid personal account registration is required to use services on ftk99. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, national identity card number, and contact information provided at registration must be completely truthful.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility.
• The account may not be transferred or sold to any other person.
• Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to the ftk99 support team immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification

ftk99 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. As part of this verification, copies of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued ID may be requested. ftk99 has the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is completed.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Operating multiple accounts from the same individual, family, household, IP address, or device is prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

Age Verification & Restrictions

By registering, the user confirms that they are 21 years of age or older. ftk99 reserves the right to request a government-issued ID for age verification. If a user is found to be a minor, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

3.1 Geographic Restrictions

The user confirms that they do not reside in or are not located in any jurisdiction where participation in online gaming or betting activities is prohibited. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their own country or region.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Secure and convenient payment methods are used for financial transactions on the ftk99 platform. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are not accepted.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, wherever possible.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, ftk99 reserves the right to request additional information or place a hold on withdrawals.
• ftk99 remains vigilant in preventing money laundering. ftk99 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities in the case of suspicious activity.

Bonuses & Promotions

ftk99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its users. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be read carefully before use.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. Or a deposit of ৳16,000 gives a ৳15,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus is applicable to one individual, family, IP address, or device only.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• There may be a set time limit for meeting bonus requirements.
• Some games may not be eligible for bonus wagering — please see the details of each bonus.
• ftk99 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.

5.4 VIP Program

The ftk99 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. It is possible to move to a higher tier through regular play. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Betting & Gaming Rules

All games on the ftk99 platform are operated on the basis of fair play. Game outcomes are determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once any bet has been finally confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical fault, the decision of the ftk99 authority is final.
• If any ambiguity arises in the rules of a game, the interpretation of the ftk99 authority is binding.
• Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a game will result in account closure.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ftk99 platform:

• Abuse or exploitation of the bonus system (Bonus Abuse / Arbitrage)
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated methods
• Collusion or manipulating games by conspiring with other players
• Conducting transactions using fake accounts or stolen information
• Any attempt to breach the platform's security systems

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Betting markets, odds, and rules may change at any time. Separate rules apply to pre-match and in-play betting.

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 ftk99's Rights

ftk99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions
• Providing false or misleading information
• If the user is found to be a minor
• If evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity is found
• Operating multiple accounts
• In the case of suspicious financial transactions

7.2 User Rights

The user can close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closing the account, all withdrawable funds must be withdrawn in accordance with the bonus terms and conditions.
